Workshops:
Anyone paying for the workshop after seeing our ads and visiting our website (where we have provided enough information) is paying by their own will after understanding what we offer. After registering for the workshop, attending OR not attending OR leaving the workshop in between is completely up to the registrant. We have no responsibility there.
To request a refund, the registrant must attend the complete workshop. They must not leave the workshop in the middle of it. If after attending the complete workshop, they don’t find it helpful, they can ask for a refund. Anyone not attending the workshop OR leaving the workshop in the middle will not be applicable to request a refund.
Consultations:
To be applicable to request a refund, the applicant/registrant must take the consultation after paying its fees. If after taking the consultation, the applicant finds that it was not helpful, they can request a refund right after the consultation. Refund request will not be entertained if the applicant decides to leave the consultation in the middle without any emergency or without any valid reason.
The consultation can surely be rescheduled by the applicant on any slot available in our calendar.
Bootcamp:
To be applicable to request a refund, the applicant/registrant must attend the complete bootcamp after paying its fees. If after attending the bootcamp, the applicant finds that it was not helpful, they can request a refund right after the bootcamp. Refund request will not be entertained if the applicant decides to leave the bootcamp in the middle without any emergency or without any valid reason.
2. Refund by Organizer:
If the workshop or consultation or bootcamp is canceled by Balaji Credits, participants will receive a full refund. Balaji Credits is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel or accommodation expenses).
3. Rescheduling :
Participants may request to transfer their workshop registration to another workshop (if the same workshop is happening in future).
4. Refund Process :
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the refund request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
